Since our modest begining from a spare bedroom in Bob's house in 1982, we have grown each year and now operate an office and warehouse of just under 10,000 square feet. Here is a short list of the services we provide our manufacturers and our distributors.

- Large warehouse capable of same-day pickup, next-day UPS and LTL shipment of product for much of New England and New York State.

- State-of-the-art, server based computer network provding inventory management, accounting, filesharing, email and internet access, remote VPN connections for outside sales personnel, and real-time online access to one of our manufacturer's entire nationwide distribution network.

- Desktop publishing capability for custom promotions, advertisers and flyers custom made for our distributors on-request.

- Capability to expand to online order placement and stock inquiry with current hardware infrastructure and software suite.

- Outside salesforce outfitted with cell phones, email accounts and laptops with VPN (virtual private network) access to internal Prime Line network at all times, enabling constant connectivity and availability.
